It is my obligation to be a positive male role model and mentor to all that I come into contact with.  The students know that it is the expectation that Mister Williams will great them at all times and hold simple conversations to see how the students are doing and performing.

As an educator, it is my responsibility to provide the students will a high quality education, real-life applicable tasks, personal growth opportunities, opportunities to be industrious and to be enthusiastic among many other things.

Communication with Parents

I communicate with parents through phone calls, letters, student agendas, and conferences throughout the year.  There will be several opportunities for the parents to visit the school.  Each semester, the parents will attend fun events such as Family Math and Science Night.  I will send interim reports, along with a phone call, and have parent-teacher conferences after report cards are completed.
